Correctional Security Products, LLC, (hereafter referred to as TempShield™) has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our users on our websites. This privacy policy covers treatment of personally identifiable information collected by TempShield™ through a website owned and operated by Correctional Security Products LLC. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TempShield™ does not own or control, or of persons that TempShield™ does not employ or manage, including any third-party content contributors bound by contract and any third-party websites to which TempShield™websites link.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By purchasing TempShield, the buyer agrees not to hold Correctional Security Products, LLC. liable or responsible for inappropriate use of this product. The buyer agrees that all facility policies and procedures must be adhered to FIRST while using this product. The buyer also understands that TempShield™ is designed to be used for short and/or minimum periods of time, and in compliance with local policies and procedures.
Correctional security professionals should seek management approval prior to and during TempShield™ use. Security managers should maintain direct supervision while TempShield™ is being used.
This product should only be stored in a secure location away from and or where inmates do not have access such as control centers or armory. This product should not be stored on the ground. TempShield™ should be stored in a control center or armory. Users should not roll product during storage.
As the name indicates (TempShield™) should only be used for temporary periods of time to help manage inmates during emergencies etc. While using this product you and your staff must agree to strict compliance of your facilities policies procedures as outlined in your post orders, regulations, county, state and federal correctional rules and regulations.
CONSENT POLICY
If you do not consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information as outlined in this policy, please do not provide any personal information to TempShield™. If you have provided personal information to TempShield™ and no longer consent to its use or disclosure as outlined herein, please notify TempShield™ via the website “contact us” or telephone our customer service department at 505-710-3851.
SECURE CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT POLICY
We accept: (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Check/Money Order, Cash On Delivery. Credit Card Charges: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Due to the uniqueness of the items (amount of weight involved in each shipment) we sell, we respectfully ask you to adhere to the policies below. Please consult our Customer Service Representative at 505-710-3851, prior to completing any returns. In order to properly receive credit, refund and/or exchange products the following must be adhered to: Provide a letter making a request and the reason for the request and include original container/packaging. Product must be the wrong size, exchanging defective or damaged and pre-approved by our Customer Service Rep 505-710-3851 (return authorization number). Product must be returned within 7-days of delivery receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee, and all product should be returned to 1708 Brantley Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32563-9363.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
We promise to get your order shipped within 72- hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) We use the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground & DHL. Most shipments should arrive within 7-business days. Upon initial purchase, TempShield™ will incur all shipping costs to our customers. If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the items of your order that are in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
SECURE CHECKOUT
Ordering from TempShield.us is easy. Simply navigate to a product’s webpage, choose the correct product and select the ADD TO CART button. If applicable, select any of the desired product options (i.e. size, etc.) found on the Product Options page and click CONTINUE. Your shopping cart will be displayed after each item is added so that you can review your order. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select the SECURE CHECKOUT button and complete checkout stages 1 (customer information), 2 (shipping and payment selection) and 3 (payment information).
